QC-711M/L Salt Spray Tester digunakan untuk menguji kemampuan tahan karat pada part yang telah melalui perlakuan permukaan seperti elektroplating, pelapisan, anodisasi, dll. Dengan air garam berbentuk berkabut untuk mempercepat korosi, dalam upaya menguji spesimen karat -Kemampuan tahan dalam waktu singkat, penguji ini cocok untuk digunakan dalam industri perangkat keras, sekrup dan pelapisan listrik serta organisasi penelitian, dll.
Ada tiga jenis pengujian: Uji semprotan garam netral, Uji semprotan asam asetat, dan Uji Semprotan Asam Asetat Mempercepat Tembaga. Diperlukan tiga benda uji atau sesuai kesepakatan. Spesimen Penangguhan Vertikal atau dengan garis vertikal 15-30゜ untuk dimasukkan ke dalam ruang uji, interval spesimen tidak boleh di bawah 20mm, tetesan cairan pada penahan tidak boleh jatuh pada spesimen, atur waktu yang diperlukan untuk melanjutkan pengujian dan setelah selesai, gunakan aliran dingin cuci air permukaan spesimen yang diendapkan garam, periksa permukaan dan kadarnya setelah dikeringkan.
