C106H Gas Permeability Test System didasarkan pada metode tekanan diferensial, dan dapat diterapkan secara profesional untuk penentuan laju transmisi gas, koefisien kelarutan, koefisien difusi, dan koefisien permeabilitas film plastik, film komposit, bahan penghalang tinggi, lembaran, dan foil logam di suhu yang berbeda. Sistem pengujian sesuai dengan GB, ISO, ASTM dan standar internasional lainnya.

Spesimen pra-kondisi dipasang di sel uji untuk membentuk penghalang tertutup antara dua ruang. Ruang bertekanan rendah (ruang bawah) pertama-tama dievakuasi, diikuti dengan evakuasi seluruh sel. Aliran gas kemudian dimasukkan ke dalam ruang bertekanan tinggi yang dievakuasi (ruang atas) dan perbedaan tekanan konstan (dapat disesuaikan) dihasilkan antara dua ruang. Gas merembes melalui spesimen dari sisi tekanan yang lebih tinggi ke sisi tekanan yang lebih rendah. Permeabilitas gas dan sifat penghalang lain dari spesimen dapat diperoleh dengan menganalisis perubahan tekanan di ruang bawah.
