C303H Water Vapor Transmission Rate Test System didasarkan pada prinsip pengujian sensor uap air inframerah, dirancang dan diproduksi sesuai dengan ASTM F1249, ISO 15106-2 dan standar lainnya untuk memberikan uji transmisi uap air presisi tinggi dan efisiensi tinggi untuk tinggi dan bahan penghalang gas sedang. Sangat cocok untuk menguji kinerja transmisi uap air film, lembaran dan bahan terkait di bidang makanan, obat-obatan, peralatan medis, kimia harian, fotovoltaik, elektronik dan bidang lainnya.

Sampel pra-perawatan dijepit di antara ruang uji, nitrogen dengan kelembaban relatif stabil mengalir di satu sisi film, dan nitrogen kering mengalir di sisi lain film; karena adanya perbedaan kelembaban, uap air akan berdifusi dari sisi kelembaban tinggi melalui film ke sisi kelembaban rendah; di sisi kelembaban rendah, uap air dibawa ke sensor air inframerah oleh nitrogen kering yang mengalir, dan uap air yang berbeda dihasilkan. Konsentrasi menghasilkan sinyal cahaya yang berbeda, dan nilai konsentrasi diperoleh melalui analisis dan perhitungan, dan kemudian tingkat transmisi uap air sampel dihitung.
