Mesin ini terutama digunakan untuk uji tarik, kompresi, tekukan, dan uji kinerja konvensional lainnya dari bahan logam dan non-logam, dan mengukur parameter kinerja seperti R P , R t , R eH , R eL , R m , E dan sebagainya. Dilengkapi dengan aksesori yang sesuai, juga dapat diuji sesuai dengan rasio regangan plastik lembaran logam GB/T5027 dan GB/T5028 (nilai r) dan indeks pengerasan (nilai n); sesuai dengan uji tarik suhu tinggi GB / T4338.
Tuan rumah mengadopsi ruang tunggal desktop, dan struktur rangka adalah struktur pintu sekrup ganda kolom ganda. Sistem kontrol kecepatan dipasang di bagian bawah meja kerja, dan ruang bawah digunakan untuk uji tarik, kompresi, tekuk, dan geser (ruang uji dapat disesuaikan menjadi ruang ganda sesuai dengan kebutuhan pelanggan). Balok dapat dinaikkan dan diturunkan secara bertahap. Bagian transmisi mengadopsi sabuk bergigi sinkron busur melingkar, dan pasangan sekrup digerakkan oleh sepasang sekrup, sehingga transmisi stabil dan kebisingannya rendah. Sistem deselerasi sabuk bergigi sinkron yang dirancang khusus dan pasangan sekrup bola presisi mendorong pergerakan balok bergerak dari mesin penguji untuk mewujudkan transmisi bebas celah. Mengadopsi driver servo AC yang diimpor dan motor servo AC, dengan kinerja yang stabil dan andal, dengan arus berlebih, tegangan berlebih, kecepatan berlebih, kelebihan beban, dan perangkat perlindungan lainnya.
