Sistem Uji Tingkat Transmisi Uap Air, Water Vapor Transmission Rate Test System
C306H Water Vapor Transmission Rate Test System dirancang dan diproduksi berdasarkan metode sensor inframerah dan sesuai dengan persyaratan ASTM F1249 dan ISO 15106-2. Instrumen ini dapat digunakan untuk mengukur laju transmisi uap air dari bahan penghalang dengan sifat penghalang kelembaban tinggi dan sedang dengan rentang pengujian yang luas dan efisiensi pengujian yang tinggi. C306H berlaku untuk penentuan permeabilitas uap air dari film plastik, terpal, kertas, paket dan bahan kemasan relatif lainnya dalam makanan, farmasi, peralatan medis, barang konsumsi, fotovoltaik dan industri elektronik, dll.

Spesimen pra-kondisi dijepit di sel uji, nitrogen dengan kelembaban relatif stabil mengalir di satu sisi spesimen sementara aliran nitrogen kering mengalir di sisi lain. Karena perbedaan kelembaban, uap air meresap melalui spesimen dari sisi kelembaban tinggi ke sisi kelembaban rendah, dan dibawa ke sensor inframerah oleh aliran nitrogen kering. Dengan menganalisis sinyal listrik yang dihasilkan oleh uap air, sensor menghitung konsentrasi uap air dan laju transmisi uap air.
