Prinsip

Spesimen pra-kondisi dipasang di antara dua pegangan, yang bergerak dalam arah relatif selama pengujian. Perubahan gaya dan perpindahan dicatat secara terpisah oleh sel beban yang dipasang pada pegangan yang digerakkan dan transduser perpindahan tertanam. Kekuatan tarik, kekuatan sobek dan tingkat perpanjangan dapat diperoleh dengan perhitungan lebih lanjut.
